2009 Ski Doo 600 E-tec.

What kind of modifications do you have to do to your machine to make it dialed for you?

Fox Evol X Shox, Slydog Skis, RSI Bars/Risers, CFR Ski Rack.

What do you drive these days?

'08 Toyota Tundra.

How do you relax during the season?

I don't really relax in the winter.

If you were not a pro rider, what do you think you would be doing?

I'd still be riding...

just not as much.

When I was about 8 my dad bought me a Honda 50 for $12.

What was the hardest thing you had to give up to be where you are today?

I had to give up a 9-5 job...

What's your favorite thing about where you live now?

I have 10 acres at the base of Mt. Currie (8,000 vertical feet) and built a cabin, a motocross track and a pump track on it. It's awesome!

What is one thing you wish you could do but can't?

I can't touch my toes. I am the most inflexible person I've ever encountered.

What kind of music is on your I Pod?

My I Pod was stolen but it had everything from beats to heavy metal...

I like a lot of music.

What is your favorite toy besides your machine?

My 2009 KX250F.

Was your family into your sport before you?

Nope. I really didn't start riding ‘til I moved to Colorado after college.

What is the scariest thing your have done?

Probably the train gap in SN 10 because I only had a 200' in run to clear a 150' gap and there were serious consequences if I didn't.

What do you plan on doing when you retire?

I plan on surfing.

What was your career plan before your current career took off?

I owned an asphalt company and flipped some real estate. I worked a lot and didn't play enough. I was too caught up in getting rich. I have way less money now but I have way more fun.

What goals have you set for yourself for next year?

I am going to continue to push the limits of big mountain riding. I want a turbo next year so I can really scare myself.

How did you originally get involved with Slednecks?

I had met Burandt and tagged along one day. I just started hucking in front of the camera.

If you could be any superhero which one would it be and why?

I like the feeling of flying so I'd have to say Superman.

After a major accident or injury, what motivates you to get back?

I've had my share. I just block it out of my head and think about how I can scare myself next.

With all of the advancement of snowmobiles in the past years what has been your favorite improvement?

Also what improvement are you looking forward to?

I like how light the sleds are getting. I want an electric sled that is as fast and light as an 800 and can go a day on a charge. It would be like you were invisible to the tree huggers...

A good helmet like Troy Lee...

What words of encouragement would you give to someone aspiring to be you?

Know your limits and push past them!

If you could choose any sport to be a professional at what would you choose and why?

Surfing because it isn't so hard on your body. I'm not going to be able to walk when I'm 70.

What are your thoughts on Evil Knievel?

He started it all. He is the man.

What are your thoughts on Robbie Knievel?

I've only seen him do lame stunts...

he claims world records by jumping over stupid things, not by jumping far.

What can you do to keep current riding areas open to the public?

Respect the boundaries and don't ride like an idiot in the parking lot! Soon we will have electric sleds and we will go everywhere!

What's the dumbest thing you have ever done?

I've done a lot of dumb things...

What's the smartest thing you have ever done?

I followed my heart.

What are your thoughts on monster trucks?

No lift kits for me...

Crown Royal if I'm drinking.

Yes, for old people who can't do real sports.

Yes, for horses.

DH mountain bikes and dirt bikes!

Stewart.

Pastrana.

They all suck but I'd have to say Red Bull.
