1. WHO CAN ENTER: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Slednecks, Inc., its parent, affiliates and/or subsidiaries and the respective immediate family members of any such Employee and/or any persons living in the same household of any such Employee are not eligible. Employees of any advertising and promotion agencies, and/or suppliers of Slednecks, Inc., its parent, affiliates and/or subsidiaries and the respective immediate family members of any such Employee and/or any persons living in the same household of any such Employee are not eligible. In the event of a dispute about the identity of an entrant, each entry will be declared made by the registered account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. The registered account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned the submitted email address by the relevant Internet service provider, online access provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any winning entrant may be required to provide proof that the person is the registered account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. Registrations are limited to one per valid email address. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules.
2. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: ENTER AT www.slednecks.com/WinJoshsBike: All contestants are encouraged to enter this Sweepstakes by logging on World Wide Web to www.slednecks.com during the entry period above and follow the on-screen instructions to enter. You must complete the entry form with all required information, for the entry to be eligible. Only one entry per person and valid email address may enter the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries from the same person or household may result in automatic disqualification. We encourage you to answer the optional survey questions (answers will not be judged and answering the survey questions will not increase your odds of winning a prize).
3. RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing by Slednecks, Inc. whose decision are final and binding on all matters relating to this program, on or about November 5, 2010 from among all eligible entries received. Winner need not be present to win. The prize will be awarded and the winner notified by email on or about November 10th, 2010. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
4. PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Grand Prize will be awarded and consists of one (1) race ready 2007 Kawasaki ZX6Rmotorcycle. The prize does not include any other item not specifically described in these Official Rules, and all additional expenses, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Approximate retail value of this Grand Prize: $7,500 USD. The motorcycle will be delivered to the Winner's closest Slednecks Inc dealership within ten (10) weeks of receipt of Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability / Publicity Release / Indemnity Agreement (see below). The Prize is awarded on an "as-is" basis with no warranties regarding suitability for a particular purpose. All other expenses not specified herein are Winner's sole responsibility, including all costs associated with and procuring and paying (where applicable) all other fees and expenses associated with the receipt and use of this Prize. The Prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made. Slednecks , Inc. or its associated agencies will provide appropriate tax documentation to the winner. In the event a winner declines the prize or fails to return any completed documents and releases as required, Sponsor may elect, at its discretion, to select an alternate winner by a second chance random drawing.
5. GENERAL RULES: Void where prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state, local and sales taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned; please retain a copy of the materials you submit. Potential Prize winner must sign and return Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability / Publicity Release / Indemnity Agreement and the form must be received by Sponsor within fifteen (15) days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected in a second chance random drawing as described in Section 3. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected in a second chance random drawing as described in Section 3. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Submitting an entry constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use entrant's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By submitting an entry, entrant agrees to hold Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these official rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the program at any time, for any reason. For example, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online indicating the Program is complete and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion.
